However, in the unlikely event that your net experiences a defect in materials or construction, we offer a 2-year limited warranty from the manufacturer, Pool Guard. We want you to feel confident that you are making a solid investment with your safety net purchase.
Pool Guard pool safety nets carry a 2-year limited manufacturer’s pool safety net warranty covering any defects in workmanship and materials. Our pool safety net warranty covers netting fabric, components, and hardware. The warranty extends to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The warranty does not cover any damage or other failure of the product due to any misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or damage caused by the consumer. Nor does it cover damage caused by fire, storm, landslide, earthquake, strong winds, theft, or other disasters or accidents. Damage caused by animals (wild or domestic), or landscapers is also not covered. The pool safety net warranty does not cover labor and the dealer may charge labor for repairs or replacement.
Pool Guard’s pool safety net warranty is a manufacturer’s warranty and covers only materials and defects in the construction of the net. Any warranty against defects in installation is issued solely by the installing Pool Guard dealer. The manufacturer’s warranty extends only to the net materials themselves and any defects in the construction of the Central Tensioning System (CTS).
If you need to file a pool safety net warranty claim, contact your local Pool Guard dealer who will help you determine if your issue is covered under the warranty. Your dealer will work with the manufacturer directly to settle your claim. It is under the sole discretion of the manufacturer whether your net will be repaired or replaced. Any claim against installation issues should be directed to the dealer who installed your net. If your issue is determined to not be covered under the warranty, your dealer will work with you to find the most cost-effective solution to the issue.
