PoolGuardUSA.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s). That’s why we offer our customers a full refund excluding shipping within 30 days of purchase if you ordered the wrong item.

• To return an item you must send an e-mail to sales@poolguardusa.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.
• Special order products are not returnable for any reason. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items returned for credit are subject to inspection prior to refund. Any item returned damaged due to improper packaging by the customer will not be refunded.
