What Does the Pool Guard Safety Fence Warranty Cover?

Pool Guard offers a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty covering any defect in workmanship and materials under normal usage. The warranty covers mesh, anchors, and fasteners when the fence has been installed by an authorized Pool Guard dealer. The warranty extends to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. In the event of a manufacturer defect, the product will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer.

What’s Not Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty does not cover any damage or other failure of the product due to any misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or damage caused by the consumer. Nor does it cover damage caused by fire, storm, landslide, earthquake, strong winds, theft, or other disasters or accidents. Damage caused by animals (wild or domestic) or landscapers is also not covered. In this case, the manufacturer will offer solutions to repair or replace the product at the cost of the consumer.

How Do I File a Warranty Claim?

If you have any issue with your Pool Guard fence or its installation, your dealer will help you determine if it is covered under warranty and if not, what solutions they can offer.

What if I Can’t Locate My Dealer?

If you are unable to locate your original dealer, contact the Pool Guard corporate office (727) 573-7888 for assistance.

Do I Need My Receipt?

Yes, you will need a copy of your original dealer sales receipt to file a warranty claim.
